A Taste of the Gastronomic Center of Italy Can Now Be Found in LA’s Flourishing West Adams District

CENTO—the acclaimed Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in Los Angeles' West Adams neighborhood—is excited to unveil their inaugural wine label in collaboration with the esteemed Italian vineyard Randi Vini. The Double Sunset | Cento Rosso Ravenna IGP 2023 makes it debut being poured into glasses at the restaurant this Labor Day Weekend.

Yeah, you read that correctly. They are also opening CENTO Raw Bar in October of this year!

Double Sunset | Cento Rosso Ravenna IGP 2023 is crafted from 100% Centesimino grapes. Centesimino (aka Savignon Rosso) is a unicorn red wine variety hailing from one of Italy's gastronomic centers, Emilia-Romagna. Only a small handful of producers on the coastal side of Ravenna use the grape, and it's basically unknown outside Emilia-Romagna. IYKYK. It can be labeled for use under the Emilia, Forli and Rubicone IGTs, but almost every bottling of Centesimino wines are sold as Ravenna IGP. The wine features an alluring blend of floral and fruity notes, perfectly designed to complement CENTO’s Mediterranean-inspired dishes and pastas. You'll have yourself fooled into thinking you were transported to Emilia-Romagna. Guess it's time to start booking your next trip back!
