The Cleveland Monsters are extending their forward, Tate Singleton. He signed a one-year AHL contract for the 2026-27 season. Last season, Singleton appeared in 39 games, recording 11 points on six goals and five assists; he was a minus-two. In two Calder Cup Playoff games, he had an assist and was even in plus/minus. Singleton played all in the ECHL with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. In ten games, he had ten points on four goals and six assists. He was even in plus/minus with a power-play goal.

Singleton spent four seasons with Ohio State University in the NCAA. He would play in 140 games with the Buckeyes; he had 70 points on 33 goals and 37 assists; he was a plus-four. He then would turn pro, and since then he’s appeared in 61 games over three seasons between the Monsters, Ontario Reign, and Toronto Marlies. Singleton has 17 points on seven goals and ten assists; he’s a minus-four. In three playoff games, he has one assist and is even in plus/minus. He’s also appeared in 120 ECHL games for the Newfoundland Growlers and Swamp Rabbits. He has 95 points on 47 goals and 48 assists. He’s a -30 with eight power-play goals, three shorthanded goals, and six game-winning goals.
