Alabama football offers new California 2026 DB at home

Jeron Jones reported an offer from Alabama football after receiving a visit from the Crimson Tide’s defensive back coach, Maurice Linguist.

Jones attends Mission Viejo High School in California, and he is a former teammate of Alabama freshman defensive back, Dijon Lee. The California product currently garners a three-star rating from multiple recruiting sites. He holds previous offers from Texas, Tennessee and USC.

The 6-foot, 170-pounder lined up on the opposite side of Lee as a junior during the 2024 season. He shined with impressive closing speed in coverage while attempting to make plays on the football.
