Alabama new 4-Star DB target CJ Jimcoily announces Top 4

CJ Jimcoily announced his top four schools on Friday, and he included the Alabama Crimson Tide despite them offering him earlier this month.

Jimcoily is a product of Lipscomb Academy in Nashville, Tennessee, and he is a 2025 four-star defensive back prospect. He currently has Alabama, LSU, Stanford and Tennessee in his top four.

The Tennessee product earned an Alabama offer on last week. He gave the Crimson Tide high praise after being informed of his offer.

“It’s an honor,” Jimcoily told Touchdown Alabama. “During the duration of my lifetime, Alabama has been the pinnacle of college football. To receive an offer to be a part of the ongoing legacy of the Crimson Tide is nothing short of amazing. Given it’s late in the process, I had not considered them, but now the Tide has rolled in. It’s very possible Alabama could show me something I had not considered before.”

Jimcoily has interest in officially visiting Alabama in the near future.

The 6-foot-3, 210-pounder, is a long defensive back, who excels at going stride to stride with wide receivers and breaking on the football to disrupt plays. He is also very fluid in coverage as he smoothly flips out of his backpedal to turn and run with wideouts.
