Keoni Snipes reported an offer from Alabama Saturday while in Tuscaloosa visiting the Crimson Tide for A-Day.
Snipes is a sophomore at Saraland High School in Alabama. The 2028 recruit currently holds more than 30 Division 1 college football offers, with offers from almost every college football program in the SEC.
“It feels amazing,” Snipes said when asked about picking up an offer from Alabama. “It’s truly a blessing. 15 out of 16 SEC, only got one more to go. I feel great.”
The Crimson Tide has been showing interest in the sophomore for quite some time. Alabama’s staff told him they for sure wanted him in Tuscaloosa after extending the offer to him.
“They’ve been telling me that for a little while now, and I’ve just been waiting on the offer,” Snipes said. “They finally decided to offer after I got my film and everything from the season, and that just was an amazing feeling for me.”
At 6-foot-6 and 250 pounds, Snipes makes plays while lined up at different positions across the Saraland defensive front. He displays strength at the point of attack and has the potential to be a disruptive force at a multitude of spots at the next level.
