Alabama running back Jam Miller exited the game against No. 14 Missouri during the fourth quarter after taking a massive hit to the head from safety Jalen Catalon.
Miller appeared to be unconscious after the hit and was immediately tended to by athletic trainers on the sidelines. The No. 6 Crimson Tide were up 20-17 at the time of Miller's injury. He accounted for 85 rushing yards before leaving the game.
He is in his fourth year with the Crimson Tide and was a former four-star recruit and No. 4 running back in the 2022 class.
With his totals from Saturday's game, Miller now has 267 rushing yards and one touchdown in 2025.

On3's Charlie Potter reported that Miller was able to get up and go to the locker room with the help of athletic trainers.
"Jam Miller is up but is gingerly making his way to the locker room with help from Alabama trainers," Potter said.
The Alabama running back did not play until the game against then-ranked No. 5 Georgia, missing the first three games of the 2025 season with an upper-body injury he suffered in an offseason scrimmage.
In the 24-21 win over the Bulldogs, he ran for 46 rushing yards. He had a massive game against Vanderbilt, going for 136 rushing yards and one touchdown.
Miller had an immediate impact at Alabama as a true freshman, recording 223 rushing yards and two touchdowns in 13 games.
He played in 14 games in 2023 and had 201 rushing yards and one touchdown. Last season, he set a new career high in rushing yards (668) and touchdowns (7), playing in 13 games.
Alabama went on to beat Missouri 27-24, improving to 5-1 on the season, while the Tigers are now 5-1.
