GLENDALE — After a gritty comeback win in the last minute during Sunday’s game, the Arizona Rattlers now look to take the momentum back home as it faces the San Antonio Gunslingers tomorrow, April 12.

The Rattlers have improved to 2-0 following one of the most nail-biting finishes this season, defeating the Green Bay Blizzard 51-47. They put Green Bay behind them as the Gunslingers look to give the Rattlers its first loss. The two teams met once the past year, in which the Rattlers won the exchange 41-34.

The Gunslingers are 1-1, with its first win coming on March 30 against the Bay Area Panthers 28-21. Quarterback Malik Henry threw three touchdown passes, and the Gunslinger defense overturned downs in key moments. Its defense has been one of its strengths this season so far, with improvement from last year. However, this Rattlers team has proven that games are not over until they’re over.

Quarterback Dalton Sneed will again need to reflect last Sunday’s performance into tomorrow. He threw for 269 yards against the Blizzard, with the turning point coming from a laser pass to wide receiver Jamal Miles.

The Rattlers and Gunslingers will face off tomorrow at 6:05 p.m. in the Desert Diamond Arena. Fans can also watch on the IFL Network.
