Shavers has been battling in a crowded receiving room to make a name for himself. He's flashed throughout camp and during the preseason, but this felt like an exclamation point. Shavers looks ready to help Josh Allen and the offense compete at a high level, with him playing an important contributing role. It was already difficult for the team to keep him off the field with his previous performance; now it looks to be a certainty.

Lost in the shuffle of his touchdown, Shavers made another impact on the ensuing kickoff by helping push the runner out of bounds.
