If you’ve ever wished your favorite cooking show came with ocean views and a cocktail that never seemed to run dry, Bobby Flay is about to make that dream come true. The Food Network star is pulling together a roster of friends and fellow chefs for a five-night sailing that’s part culinary festival, part vacation.
Chefs Making Waves Presents: Bobby Flay & Friends sets sail November 6–11, 2026, aboard the Norwegian Joy, a luxury ship loaded with bars, restaurants, and even a go-kart track. The five-night trip departs Miami and makes first-time stops in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and George Town, Grand Cayman.
Flay is bringing along top chefs to round out the experience. The lineup includes Brooke Williamson, Leah Cohen, Scott Conant, Antonia Lofaso, Marc Murphy, Michael Voltaggio, Ayesha Nurdjaja, and Damaris Phillips. If you’ve watched Top Chef, Chopped, or Food Network, you know the lineup.
Programming is designed to be interactive. Passengers can jump into live cooking demos, join mixology workshops, sit in on Q&A panels, and book signings, then cap the night with an exclusive dining experience. Tickets even include an Unlimited Open Bar Package—because no food festival at sea is complete without a good pour.
While the chef lineup is the selling point, the cruise itself packs plenty of appeal. Norwegian Joy is stacked with amenities: 11 bars, eight restaurants, a spa, a casino, two waterslides, and even a full go-kart track. One moment you’re watching Michael Voltaggio break down a recipe; the next, you’re racing laps above the ocean or lounging at the Vibe Beach Club.
When the ship docks, you’ll get the chance to explore Montego Bay and Grand Cayman. You can explore everything the island life offers, including snorkeling, local food culture, or just finding a beach chair and letting the day drift by. You've got chef-led culinary events and island adventure rolled into a single trip.
Chef-led cruises aren’t new, but this one has an unreal level of star power paired with an unlimited drink package and a boatload of amenities. Instead of watching Bobby Flay through a TV screen, you’ll actually get to ask him questions, taste his food, and share the experience with other big-name chefs.
Booking is already open, with presale signups running through October 13 and public sales beginning October 15. Guests can reserve a cabin with just $100 down per person on automatic billing. For food lovers who want more than a basic travel getaway, this is one event worth planning around.
