The Denver Broncos are bringing a new face to the organization, who was previously with the NBA's Golden State Warriors.
According to the Broncos' website, the team has hired Daniel Brusilovsky as its new Chief Technology Officer. He was previously the Warriors' vice president of technology.
"Bursilovsky will oversee all technology services and systems for the organization at both Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit and Empower Field at Mile High," the team's website says. "He will lead the club's technology strategy, operations and innovation while serving on the Broncos' senior leadership team."
Brusilovsky is a native of the Bay Area, but will be joining the Broncos organization as rumors about the future of the team and possibilities of a new stadium continue to swirl.
His experience working around different teams and events varies from the NBA to concerts to managing a championship event for a video game.
"Brusilovsky also oversaw technology for high-profile events such as the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, NBA Playoffs, NCAA March Madness and the League of Legends World Championship in addition to numerous concerts."
Because Chief Technology Officers like Brusilovsky are not typically in front of the press, it is to say what impact that will have on the gameday experience for players and fans alike. However, Broncos fans should still keep their eyes out for possible upgrades of the fan experience with games at Empower Field at Mile High, or even on their smartphone.
According to the Broncos' website, Brusilovsky helped develop the "Golden State" app for fans to use to follow the team and events at their venue, Chase Arena. He was also the co-founder of another app called Imoji. That could also mean improvements to the Denver Broncos Mobile App.
