Arsenal got their second win of the new Premier League season after defeating LeedsUnited 5-0 at the Emirates Stadium. Goals came from Bukayo Saka and braces from Jurrien Timber and Viktor Gyokeres.
Arsenal were leading 2-0 at halftime, but the fans had mixed feelings as Martin Odegaard had to leave the pitch due to a shoulder injury. In the seocnd half, more goals arrived, but Saka went down with an injury.
Although Odegaard's injury is already concerning, Saka's injury looked even more concerning, as he appeared to be concerned himself and quickly spoke with Arteta as he headed to the bench.
Saka appeared to hold his left hamstring, and many are concerned that his return date could be far away, which hinders Arsenal for the upcoming games.

Mikel Arteta spoke in a press conference to talk about the match, and he was asked about the injuries of Saka and Odegaard. Arteta confirms that Odegaard felt something on his shoulder and will have a scan.
Mikel Arteta: "He felt something in his hamstring...not the same one as the previous injury...He felt something while he was sprinting, that's never a good sign. We'll have to wait tomorrow and speak with the doctors as well and understand [how long he's out]. He's had these injuries before, he knows exactly the feeling of that. Let's wait."
Saka's previous hamstring injury from last season made him miss 19 games for Arsenal, and he missed around three months. The return date could be expected to be within 1-3 months. Arteta did not give a specific time frame, but mentioning the previous injury gives that idea.
Arsenal took the lead in the 34th minute with a Jurrien Timber header from a corner kick. The second goal arrived in the 45th minute as Timber played a great pass to Saka in the box. The winger smashed the ball past the keeper with his right foot.
In the 48th minute, Viktor Gyokeres scored his first goal for Arsenal in the Premier League as he drifted inside and slotted the ball at the near post. Timber scored his second goal of the game in the 56th minute from a corner kick again.
