Shaquille O'Neal is one of the best players in NBA history. He's an MVP, a four-time NBA Champion, a three-time NBA Finals MVP, and was named to 15 All-Star teams and 14 All-NBA teams. The majority of his success came with the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, and Miami Heat.

At the tail end of his career, O'Neal tried to win one more championship before he hung it up when he signed with the Boston Celtics. In his final NBA season, O'Neal averaged 9.2 points and 4.8 rebounds while shooting 66.7% from the field. Injuries limited him to 37 games in his swan song.

O'Neal's hopes of winning another title fell short in Boston, as the Heat eliminated the Celtics in five games in the Eastern Conference Semifinals that year.

Kendrick Perkins Accuses Shaquille O'Neal of Bullying Behavior

During his time in Boston, O'Neal was teammates with Kendrick Perkins, who won a title with the team in 2008. While they were only teammates for half a season, O'Neal's antics at one point annoyed Perkins. On Sunday's episode of "Road Trippin'," Perkins outlined one incident with O'Neal in the Celtics locker room that irked him.

During a locker room scuffle between Von Wafer and Delonte West, Perkins claimed that O'Neal egged the two on, which didn't sit right with him after West had punched Wafer in the face.

“Von Wafer is leaking,” Perkins said. “This is one of the few times that I get pissed off at Shaq. Right? ‘Cause this is bullying at this point. You know when somebody wanna fight, and you know when somebody don’t wanna fight. Von had no intentions on fighting or doing none of that. That man just wanted to compete, go home, and let the chips fall where they may. Shaq in there, ‘Oh, (expletive). Oh, (expletive). Let’s take it in the bathroom. Take it in the shower. He gotta get his lick back.’ I’m like, ‘Man, sit your big (expletive) down, man, instigating that (expletive).’"

Perkins further elaborated on why O'Neal's actions didn't sit right with him and how he responded to him.

"At this point, I feel bad. It’s one thing for a (expletive) to get ready to go to blows, and you can tell both want smoke. He wanted no action. So it was just bullying at that point. You know what I’m saying? It was a real thing, and I’m just heated, and he’s just like, ‘Take it in the shower.’ I’m like, ‘Nah, man. Don’t take it in the shower, man. Break that (expletive) up. That man don’t want to (expletive) fight.”

West and Wafer were involved in a reported altercation back in 2010 (h/t Chris Forsberg), though both made the team and stayed for the entirety of the season. Like O'Neal, neither stayed in Boston past 2011.
