Cristian Chivu marked his Serie A debut in style as Inter Milan strolled to a commanding 5-0 win over Torino.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, Chivu’s tactical changes yielded results on the opening weekend.

There was some skepticism when the Nerazzurri announced Chivu’s appointment at the end of last season.
