The Bearcats baseball team is dancing for the first time this decade!

Head coach Jordan Bischel led the team to its first NCAA Tournament berth in his tenure, finding out on Monday they'll be playing as the No. 2 seed in the Knoxville regional starting with a game Friday afternoon against Wake Forest. It marks the program's seventh appearance and first since 2019.

Cincinnati finished the 2025 season 32-24, including a solid 16-14 mark in conference play (one of three Big 12 teams to post winning records in each of the past two seasons).

The likes of Big 12 Player of the Year Kerrington Cross and the rest of UC now set sights on a run to the College World Series over this next month.

The first game is set for 1 p.m. ET Friday on ESPN+.
