Drake cashes $2.3 million bet on UFC's Paddy Pimblett, Molly McCann

UFC fighters Paddy Pimblett and Molly McCann both earned wins Saturday in front of a raucous London crowd and made rapper Drake richer in the process.

On Friday, Drake posted a screenshot on Instagram that showed he placed a $2,296,211.30 wager on a "scousers parlay," picking the pair of Liverpool fighters to both win. Drake got back $3,723,077 with the win, making it a more than $1.4 million victory.

McCann got the party started with a technical knockout victory over Hannah Goldy in the first round. Two fights later, Pimblett survived early difficulties to submit Jordan Leavitt in the second round with a rear naked choke.

Pimblett is 19-3 in his career and undefeated through his first three fights in the UFC. McCann is now riding a three-fight win streak of her own and improved to 13-4 as a pro.
