Erik Spoelstra says Nikola Jovic becomes more mature with Serbia

Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra spoke to Kosarkaski savez Serbia while attending a EuroBasket warm-up game recently.

When talking about Heat star Nikola Jovic, Spoelstra admitted that he loves seeing him with the team because he returns to the Miami Heat more mature and ready to win.

“I love when he spends time with the national team. Every time he comes back to us, he comes back more mature.

“I think being surrounded by a group that knows how to win and cares about winning, a team that is well-connected, makes a big impression on him.

“I’m looking forward to the great things he’s going to do with us.”
