The ESPN "College GameDay" crew has been traveling across the country all year, covering the biggest games of the 2024 college football slate.
While the regular season has come to an end, the "College GameDay" crew was left deciding which conference title game it would attend.
After consideration, the network chose Atlanta, Georgia, for a matchup between the No. 3 Texas Longhorns and No. 7 Georgia Bulldogs.
"A revenge game with the SEC crown on the line. We're headed to Atlanta for Georgia versus Texas," posted the official ESPN "College GameDay" social media page.
A few other matchups that could have received the nod were Clemson versus SMU, Oregon versus Penn State and Arizona State versus Iowa State.

The Longhorns enter championship weekend as a 2.5-point favorite, per ESPN BET.
Georgia and Texas faced off earlier in the season, with the Bulldogs defeating the Longhorns 30-15, in Austin, Texas.
Despite the previous win, ESPN's Matchup Predictor gives Georgia a 38.5% chance to win the SEC title game.
