26-year-old, Euri Cedeno Martinez hails from a family of boxers, all influenced by their deceased dad. Their dad, Aquino Cedeno Saverino, an ex-military man and a boxing coach, made them local celebrities in their city.

Coming from a home of single fatherhood of three siblings, it’s known how well they have done in the boxing world. Though his sister Imbel later withdrew from boxing due to family challenges. Hendri Cedeno, a younger brother to Euri, is a standout with his 2019 Pan American Games participation. Hendri won his opponent, Andy Cruz, in a match that didn't go past the quarterfinals in the 64kg category. Today, in the Dominican Republic, they have a fan base that includes those who recognize their journey from days of amateur status and fans who have known them because of their dad. Hendri is an orthodox, and he would love his brother and him, with whom they support each other so much to create a legacy just as the Klitschko brothers from Ukraine.

On March 14th 2025, unbeaten Euri Cedeno(10-0-1(9KOs)) has a date for what he does best against Ulicis Revera (11-1-0(7KOs)) of Guanajuato, Mexico. Previously, in 2016, he earned a silver medal against Nicaraguan Rommel Caballeroo 0-3 in Garabito, Costa Rica. In November the same year, he competed in Youth World Championships against Alexandru Paraschiv, a Moldovan native. Euri won by a technical Knockout, a bout at Sibur Arena, Saint Petersburg. Of his achievements, being the best boxer of the year in 2017 is amongst them, he got such recognition from his native city council and sports union.

Euri has earned admiration, and his fanbase is eager for him to showcase his talent this Friday as his family remains a mark of dedication and resilience in the Dominican Republic. Known for his power, skills and tactical approach, winning against Revera will be a step to solidifying his name among sports' greatest. The win won't only be for his glory but also in memory and honour of his dad, not to forget inspiration to future boxers. On the other hand, we can easily conclude that Revera is looking forward to redeeming himself from his previous loss, thus adding intrigue to the matchup.
