We have been bullish on 4-star offensive lineman Breck Kolojay committing to the USC Trojans for quite some time.
I did a video 2 weeks ago, stating that I thought the Trojans were in a really good spot with Kolojay, and that I felt confident that he would ultimately end up with USC.
At that time, none of the other major recruiting websites had submitted any predictions, but now they have begun coming around.
Both Chad Simmons and Steve Wiltfong of Rivals have now logged expert predictions for Breck Kolojay to commit to the USC Trojans.
Kolojay is set to announce his commitment on August 1st, and per recruiting analyst John Garcia, it will be between Georgia, Miami, Colorado, Oklahoma, and USC.
The consensus had been that it was a two-horse race between Georgia and Miami for the IMG Academy product for quite some time. That seemingly changed a bit after an official visit to USC.

“I had a great official visit to USC,” Kolojay told Rivals. “It was great to be around the coaches, see how they are working, and just spending time with the players. I have been out there before, and I know some recruits in this class, so it is always fun to get out there.”
Since our latest prediction in favor of USC, 247 Sports has removed its crystal ball for Georgia. They currently do not have a crystal ball submitted.
With the predictions submitted from Simmons and Wiltfong, Rivals’ recruiting prediction machine has obviously shifted from Miami in favor of USC.
We have documented Kolojay’s ties to the Trojans. He is teammates and roommates with Trojans offensive line commit Keenyi Pepe. He also played youth football in Colorado with USC commits Mark Bowman and Kannon Smith.
Rivals ranks Kolojay as the 30th overall interior offensive lineman. If he were to commit, he would be the 32nd commit in the USC Trojans’ 2026 class.
