Mills-Knight is a 2025 running back out of Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Alabama becomes the 29th college football program to offer the junior, joining Ole Miss, Ohio State, Oregon and others. The Tennessee product is grateful to hold an offer from the Tide and optimistic about the future of the program.
“It means a lot from a top prestigious program like them,” Mills-Knight told Touchdown Alabama. “It means I’m recognized as one of the best. They have a great history. I feel like they’ll stay on top and continue to be dominant.”
At 6-foot-2 and 215 pounds, Mills-Knight is a patient but decisive ball carrier, who fights for extra yards at the end of runs by embracing and powering through contact. He also has shown an ability to make plays while catching the football out of the backfield and operate with elusiveness in space.
“I feel like I tote the rock real hard, and I am a playmaker in open space, so not only I can run through defenders, but I can make them miss and run around them,” Mills-Knight said. “I can catch, read holes and take pride in my pass blocking.”
The Crimson Tide appear to be open to adding another running back to their 2025 recruiting class with them already holding a commitment from four-star back, Anthony Rogers.
