Fallout 76 Content is Always Fresh!
- Fallout 76’s Long Road to Greatness: From Vault 76 to a Vast, Immersive Wasteland

Released on November 14, 2018, Fallout 76 has more player immersion than many other, even longer-lived video games out there. Building upon successes from earlier games in the Fallout franchise, notably Fallout 4, from the early BETA version to the current game and DLCs, the content has been consistently infused numerous times with fresh goodies, DLCs, new content, and NPCs, and recently, Seasons, which bring many new challenges and rewards to the player.

Starting fresh out of Vault 76 is a bit bewildering at first to the Fallout newbie, but after grasping the concept of scrapping, saving to build, upgrading and repairing weapons and gear, gathering food, water, and meds, the player quickly develops an understanding and appreciation for many of the games nuances and all of the action and activities in the forests and mountains of West Virginia do not dissapoint. Between exploring, surviving, scavenging, camp building, and defense, not to mention all the quests and myriad other things to do, it’s time consumption well spent if you’re a gamer looking for great fun!

Shortly after public release, many gamers were quick to abandon the game due to buggy play, perceived lack of content, and poor initial reviews. This exodus slowed way down with the release of much new content, bug fixes, and game patches. Bethesda is very diligent about server maintenance when needed, and game updates and patches every Tuesday. The TV series on Amazon has brought in many new players as well.

Await the eager player when they start the Fallout 76 game quests and content. Upon emerging from the vault, the non-stop action begins as you begin exploring the wild West Virginia countryside, battling various baddies, and trying to survive in all sorts of scenarios. There are even many options to choose from when starting the game, and you are permitted various characters, up to 5, per account.

This allows you to try the game with different player builds, enjoy more camp locations, and try different outcomes from quest results. With adventure and action around every turn, along with tons and tons of regions and areas to explore, much lore to discover, and many references to our own golden age of post WWII memories and objects, the main game quests, many side quests, in addition to event, daily, and weekly quests, there’s no shortage of fun and challenges to keep even the avid gamer busy for hundreds and even thousands of hours.

Fallout 1st, a premium package for $12.99 per month, or $99 per year, gives the more serious player even more: free Atom Shop atoms every month, unlimited scrap storage, unique gear, exclusive items, skins, member-only perks, special event rewards, and a survival tent that can be placed nearly anywhere the player needs it. Fallout 76, available on all platforms, is a fantastic value for the money, with Steam regularly placing it on sale multiple times throughout the year. The game can be purchased standalone or with various DLCs already included. Definitely a great game, worth trying and worth the money.
