The last time they played before that was February 16, 2011, when the Huskers upended OU in Norman, 59-58. Oklahoma leads the all-time series, 10-5.
Nebraska is coming off a 21-14 (7-13 Big Ten) season in 2024-25, but ended their year on a high note.
The Huskers received an invitation to the College Basketball Crown Tournament in Las Vegas, and ended up winning it all in relatively dominant fashion. Their closest game was an 86-78 victory over Arizona State in the opening round, with victories of 11 points, 10 points, and 11 points the rest of the way.
Meanwhile, Oklahoma experienced an up-and-down season in the SEC, going 20-14 (6-12 SEC) on the year and ending the year with a first-round loss to UConn in the NCAA Tournament.
Both programs rank in the Rothstein 45, with Nebraska checking in at No. 37 and Oklahoma just behind them at No. 39.
