The Tennessee Vols came in at No. 21 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings, which were revealed on Tuesday night, despite their 28 point loss to the Georgia Bulldogs this past weekend.
Former Florida Gators head coach turned college football analyst Dan Mullen wasn't a fan of that ranking.
Tennessee still ranked???

CFP selection committee chair Boo Corrigan said on Tuesday night that part of the reason that Tennessee is ranked at No. 21 is because the Vols were a really good team earlier in the season.
Mullen tweeted "Must be talking about that 17 point win over Austin Peay" in response to that information.
The Vols beat Austin Peay 30-13 in the second game of the season.

Tennessee, which is 7-4 and coming off back-to-back blowout losses, is ranked No. 25 in the AP poll.
It was certainly a surprise to the Vols ranked so high in the playoff rankings -- and not just because they have four losses. Tennessee's best wins this season are against Texas A&M and Kentucky, neither of which are ranked.
Based on their ranking this week, the Vols could possibly finish the reason ranked inside the top 20 with a win against Vanderbilt this weekend and a win in their bowl game.
