Genoa coach Gilardino: We've all improved together

Alberto Gilardino says he's happy at Genoa.

The coach been impressive in his first full season of senior football.

He told TMW: "I grew thanks to everyday life, to continuous communication with my staff.

"I grew with my boys, from all points of view. We have had, I speak as a team, a clear improvement in terms of awareness, self-esteem and trust.

"We have had an important maturity which is what we must continue to cultivate to always improve."
