Faraji Tucker recently reported an offer from Alabama football after previously visiting the Crimson Tide.

Tucker is a sophomore at Douglas County High School in Douglasville, Georgia, and he is a member of the 2028 recruiting class. His offer list includes previous offers from Florida, Oregon, Penn State and others. The tight end says earning an offer from the Tide feels like a dream.

“This offer means a lot to me,” Tucker said. “I grew up watching Alabama, so it just feels like a dream to get offered by this school. I love the program.”

Alabama’s coaching staff and the Tide’s rich history of development stand out to the Georgia product.

“I like how hardcore the coaches are and how they develop their players,” Tucker told Touchdown Alabama.

The 6-foot-4, 225-pounder is a willing blocker with the characteristics of an athletic tight end. He is fortunate to line up for Douglas County because the program tends to use their tight end as true and complete tight ends. This will help Tucker easily transition into being a collegiate tight end.

“I feel like my route running, run blocking and contested catches are my main strengths,” said Tucker.
