The LeBron James-Stephen A. Smith beef has lasted longer than anyone may have predicted.

The root cause was Stephen A. Smith calling out Bronny James, ultimately angering LeBron James. The LA Lakers star confronted the ESPN analyst, and most thought that would be the end of it.

However, Smith reignited the beef when he shared the truth about his relationship with James. The veteran sports analyst claimed he has ‘no desire’ to talk to the 4x NBA champion.

While it seems like James has already moved on from the incident, former NBA star Gilbert Arenas thinks the same cannot be said for Smith.

Gilbert Arenas reveals when Stephen A. Smith can settle his beef with LeBron James

Even with 22 years in the NBA, LBJ has had a pretty spotless career, one that hardly featured any physical confrontations with his opponents.

However, in 2021, the Detroit PistonsIsaiah Stewart lost his cool and went ballistic at James. Arenas wants Smith to make the most of that incident and get back at the King on his 41st birthday.

“This is the only advice I got for Stephen A. right now. You’ve got to get back, right? Listen, I’m going to tell you the date. December 30th. It is his birthday. He’s playing Detroit.

“Now, who’s on the Detroit Pistons? The last f_____ that tried to get him,” Arenas said on No Chill Gill.

Now, that’s strange advice, but Agent Zero was far from done as he wanted Smith to punch the Lakers star.

He added: “Detroit Pistons at Crypto.com, right? You thinking what I’m thinking? You got backup. Stephen A, you bring one of these [punch]. You bring one of these with you, right?

“And you keep it behind your back. And then as soon as the time he’s going to have his back turned to you, he’s going to be listening to the play.”

Gilbert Arenas adds more to his horrible advice for Stephen A. Smith

Most likely, Arenas was being sarcastic and aiming to make fun of Smith’s beef with James. But if he wasn’t, the advice gets worse.

“And you walk on him. And then you got to do it like real, like real 90s style. And you’ve got to hit him with the show. And you got to exaggerate this s___, Stephen A.

“You’ve got to start it with the show you get,” Arenas continued.

The former 3x NBA All-Star ultimately wants Smith to ‘knock’ James’ head, albeit the Lakers star being a freakish athlete.

“And then you knock that m____________ head off. Okay, he is 6’9 and about 260. So he probably won’t fall. He probably won’t fall.

“It’d be like, man, what was that? He might do that, but it doesn’t matter. So that’s all you have to do,” Arenas concluded.
