Florida native, Brian Williams made the trip north to Penn State over the weekend. The sunshine state Wide Receiver left his time around the Nittany Lions feeling good.
“The visit was good. I really enjoyed myself there.” Said Williams. “We talked a lot of football, we watched some of my film, we talked about how they would use me, their plans for me. You know, the vision for Penn State, what they want to do and what they want to accomplish.”

“I hung out with [Tyseer] Denmark.” Williams said.
Brian Williams seemed to form a bond with Denmark. “He was cool. It was good to hang out with him. He was giving me some tips and stuff like that.” Williams said.
He also spent time with some coaches. “I was with Coach Naz Oliver, and [I] also spent a lot of time with Coach Hagans, and Franklin as well. As well as Coach Dup.” Said the 3 star.
I asked Williams what impressed him the most about the Penn State Football program. “For me it was just how real the coaches were. They didn’t sugar coat anything, they told me everything straight up.” Said Williams. “If I were to go there, I definitely know exactly what I’m getting myself into. I’d be ready to go compete to get on the field right away.”
Penn State Football has been known to bring in good talent, and Brian Williams fits that mold.
“[Penn State] is definitely an option for me. No determined answers yet, but you know, it’s a great school and I could definitely envision myself there.” Williams said.
Penn State Football will be up against some other good competitors for Williams. He currently has official visits for Florida, Kentucky, Alabama, and Notre Dame. Williams plans to make a final decision in late June or early July.
