On Friday night, the Indiana Pacers took command at Madison Square Garden, edging the New York Knicks 114-109 to seize a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference finals.
Pascal Siakam exploded for a playoff career-high 39 points, while Tyrese Haliburton chipped in a near triple-double with 14 points, eight rebounds and 11 assists.
As the series shifts back to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for Game 3, the Pacers sit in position to maintain their grip on the series.
On Saturday, less than 24 hours after the Pacers' win, Haliburton appeared courtside at the Indiana Fever's home tilt against the New York Liberty.
The Fever immediately took to X to celebrate the moment with the simple caption, "❤️."

Since entering the league in 2020 as the No. 12 overall pick of the Sacramento Kings, Haliburton has quickly emerged as one of the NBA’s premier floor generals.
A two-time NBA All-Star (2023, 2024) and two-time All-NBA Third Team selection (2024, 2025), Haliburton also led the league in assists in 2024 and earned NBA All-Rookie First Team honors in 2021.
In this season's playoffs, he’s averaging 18.3 points, a league-best 9.6 assists and 5.6 rebounds over 12 postseason games.
The Fever, meanwhile, continue to ride the momentum of reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark.
In 2024, the Fever finished with a 20-20 record, good enough for sixth in the Eastern Conference, while Clark shattered WNBA rookie records in assists and 3-pointers, securing a spot on the All-WNBA First Team.
Despite a first-round sweep at the hands of the Connecticut Sun, Clark solidified herself as the new face of the WNBA.
