For the third-straight season, Philadelpha Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has landed inside the top 20 of the NFL Top 100 list.
The former Alabama and Oklahoma quarterback has been ranked 19th on the list, making him the eighth former Alabama player to make the cut.
Over the past four years, Hurts has led the league in rushing touchdowns. Since 2021, Hurts has rushed for 62 touchdowns, including the playoffs.
“Like, when you see him running, you don’t realize he has 4.5 speed,” Giants quarterback Jameis Winston said in the NFL Top 100 reveal show. “He plays so smooth, you know what I’m saying? When you see him dropping back, he’s a technician, and he finds a way to get his guys to follow and ends up winning.”
The NFL Top 100 list is a peer voted ranking to determine the top players across the league each individual season.
Hurts is the latest former Alabama player to be named to the list, but perhaps he will not be the last as Broncos cornerback Pat Surtain II and Ravens running back Derrick Henry wait for their respective rankings to be revealed.
