The wrestling world has seen its share of controversies, but what’s unfolding at KnokX Pro makes even the most cynical observers shake their heads in disgust. After Raja Jackson brutally assaulted Syko Stu during what was supposed to be a routine wrestling event, you’d expect a promotion to cooperate fully with law enforcement. Well, KnokX Pro management has allegedly instructed their talent to stay silent with the police.

Raja Jackson’s Attack Wasn’t Just a Wrestling Mishap

What happened between Raja Jackson and Syko Stu wasn’t some unfortunate miscommunication during a planned wrestling sequence. This was a one-sided beatdown that left a man hospitalized and fighting for his health. According to wrestler Doug Malo, who spoke on the Scaling Up podcast, police arrived at the scene shortly after Stu was rushed to the hospital. That’s when things allegedly took a sinister turn. Upper management supposedly sent word down the chain of command. Don’t talk to the cops. Let a select few handle all communication with law enforcement.

The Disturbing Pattern of Silence at KnokX Pro

What makes this situation even more infuriating is the apparent disconnect between KnokX Pro’s public statements on the Raja Jackson incident and their alleged private actions. Publicly, they’ve condemned the attack as “reprehensible” and claimed nothing like this has happened in their 17-year history. Behind closed doors? They’re supposedly running a full-court press to keep their people quiet. Doug Malo didn’t mince words when describing what he witnessed:

“The most disgusting thing is that people at this school are being encouraged not to cooperate with the police.”

This isn’t just unethical. It’s potentially criminal. When you instruct people not to cooperate with an active police investigation, you’re crossing lines that shouldn’t be crossed.

How KnokX Pro Management Failed Everyone

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. The complete failure of adult supervision at this event. According to witnesses, Raja Jackson was allowed to throw 23 punches before anyone stepped in to stop him. That’s not a wrestling spot gone wrong. That’s a prolonged assault happening in front of dozens of people who apparently forgot they had working legs and voices.

Where were the trainers? Where were the veteran wrestlers who should have recognized immediately that this wasn’t part of the show? More importantly, where was the basic human decency that should have compelled someone to protect a fellow wrestler from Raja Jackson’s serious harm?

The WWE Connection Nobody Wants to Talk About

Here’s the part that makes this story even more damaging to the wrestling industry: KnokX Pro was affiliated with WWE through their talent recruitment program. The promotion, owned by WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, was supposedly developing the next generation of sports entertainment stars. Well, they created something, all right.

They created a culture where violence against fellow wrestlers could be encouraged, witnessed by dozens, and then covered up through alleged intimidation tactics. Is this really the kind of training ground that should be producing WWE superstars?WWE moved quickly to distance itself from the mess, removing KnokX Pro from its talent recruitment page. But the damage to their brand association has already been done.

The LAPD Investigation and What It Means

The Los Angeles Police Department is conducting an active investigation into the assault, and hopefully, Raja Jackson gets the book thrown at him. He even “justifies” why he did what he did and has zero remorse. This is negligence leading to serious injury, followed by alleged attempts to obstruct the investigation. It’s a masterclass in how not to handle a crisis. One thing’s for certain. The reputation of KnokX Pro has already taken a beating after the Jackson incident, and no amount of damage control can fix it.
