Lakers Gaming completed a dominant run through the NBA 2K 3v3 playoffs on Saturday, sweeping Magic Gaming at the finals in Washington to win the tournament and the $200,000 grand prize.

The Lakers, who entered the tournament as the No. 1 seed, ran the table -- though the win in the finals was their only sweep in bracket play. This is the franchise's first NBA 2K 3v3 title. The Lakers also won the Slam Open -- one of three in-season tournaments during the NBA 2K League season.

Saturday's best-of-three finals were never really close. After a 22-15 win in Game 1, the Lakers got their toughest game out of the Magic, a 21-17 Lakers win. The Lakers wrapped up the title with a 22-13 win in Game 3.

There was no dominant player for the Lakers against the Magic, as no player scored in double figures in any of the three games. Arshia "Krazy" Karimi averaged 8.0 points to lead the Lakers, followed by Hezi "YooVc" Coates (7.3 ppg) and Dhwan "ShiftyKaii" White (6.3 ppg).

ShiftyKaii was named MVP of the tournament.

The 1-2 showdown between the Lakers and Magic was a little delayed after third-seeded Gen.G Tigers beat the Magic in the loser's bracket on Friday.

On Saturday, the Lakers began with a 3-1 win over Gen.G to reach the finals. After the Magic beat 13th-seeded Bucks Gaming 3-1 in the loser's bracket, they got a rematch with Gen.G. The rematch was close, with Gen.G twice posting 20 points in a loss, but ultimately the Magic pulled off the sweep to get its shot with the Lakers.

The Magic earned $100,000 for the runner-up finish, with Gen.G taking home $65,000 and the Bucks getting $45,000.
