Caitlin Clark and LeBron James have a lot in common. Both are the unofficial faces of their respective leagues, and both are considered among the greatest basketball players of their generations.
With the 2025 WNBA season getting under way on Friday, all eyes have turned toward the women's game with its ever-growing popularity.
James has been a longtime advocator of the game and has spoken out in support of women in sports. His positive words for the likes of Clark throughout the years have undoubtedly help the growth of the game across the globe.
With Clark and the Indiana Fever's season getting under way on Saturday, James took to social media, posting a nine-word message to Clark on his official Instagram page (kingjames/IG).

"Good luck and DO YOU per usual this season!!!" said James.
James has sent multiple posts in support of Clark over the years, and with the Fever hosting the Chicago Sky in their home opener on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. EDT on ABC, James chose the moments leading up to tip-off to show Clark love.
Clark and the Fever enter this season with increased expectations. Clark is the favorite to win the WNBA MVP award (plus-220). And the Fever are the fourth favorites to win the WNBA championship (plus-400).
Clark is also looking to build on her impressive rookie season. After being selected with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, she averaged 19.2 points, 8.4 assists, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game, winning the Rookie of the Year award while also finishing fourth in MVP voting.
She was named to the All-WNBA First Team, helping lead the Fever to the playoffs for the first team since 2016. Clark and the Fever carry a 45-32 lead into halftime against the Sky.
