LSU will face their share of tough competition at this year’s NCAA Championships. Missouri gymnastics has proven to be a formidable presence during the 2025 season.

The Tigers have achieved significant milestones, including setting a program record with a score of 198.100 during the regular season and reaching the NCAA Championship Semifinal for the fourth time in their history.

Amidst everything, Missouri's floor team, known as the "Fabulous Floor," has stood out as a remarkable group. The “Fabulous Four” are Jocelyn Moore, Amari Celestine, Kennedy Griffin and Elise Tisler.

Mizzou has not scored below 49.3 on floor in over a year, showcasing the event group’s rise to becoming one of the most reliable in the nation. Their streak of 14 consecutive meets at this score is the longest in the SEC, surpassing the next closest team by five meets. Since the beginning of the 2024 season, the Tigers’ floor lineup has consistently achieved scores of at least 49.350 each week, with five of Mizzou’s starters on this event earning three or more 9.9s this year.

Earlier this season, the Tigers achieved a record-setting score of 49.725 on the floor at the Zou to the Lou quad meet. During this event, sophomore Kennedy Griffin delivered an outstanding performance, earning a perfect 10 on the apparatus.

Jocelyn Moore is having an exceptional season that few can rival. In her inaugural year as the floor anchor, she has achieved scores of 9.9 in 11 consecutive floor routines since the 2023 SEC Championship. She stands out as one of only two SEC gymnasts to consistently score 9.9s in every floor routine this season. With a National Qualifying Score (NQS) of 9.945 on this event, she currently holds the fifth position nationally. This impressive score has already set a new program record for floor NQS, positioning her to become Missouri's first WCGA Regular-Season All-American on floor in the program's history.

One of the most unexpected developments for the Missouri roster is the return of Helen Hu, who had originally announced her retirement in 2023. Hu has excelled in her comeback season, achieving three perfect 10.0 scores on the beam in 2025, the highest of any gymnast in that event. She played a crucial role in the final rotation at the Seattle Regional for the Tigers, securing the team's spot in the NCAA Championship Semifinal with a score of 9.925.
