LSU Hosting Four-Star DT This Week

Ruffin is set to visit with the Tigers starting on May 30th before he leaves on June 1st, per his social media. He will also visit with the Ohio State Buckeyes from June 6th-8th and the Alabama Crimson Tide June 20th-22nd.

Ruffin explained in his tweet that LSU, Ohio State and Alabama aren't his top-three necessarily, just the three schools he's lined up visits with. There could be more added to this list in the future.

Ruffin ranks as the No. 117 overall recruit and No. 19 defensive lineman in the 2026 class according to 247's rankings. He also ranks as the No. 9 player in the state of Alabama.

In an interview with On3, Ruffin had this to say about the Tigers: “The conversations have been great from (LSU defensive line coach Kyle Williams). He tells me how I can make an impact on their defensive line.”

Ruffin has already taken an unofficial visit to LSU this past spring, but the Crimson Tide are still viewed as the favorites. LSU, Ohio State, Tennessee and Florida are all still viewed as contenders, though, so his recruitment is far from over.
