Luka Doncic, Aaron Judge Meeting Inside Yankee Stadium Catches Everyone's Attention

Luka Doncic has found himself in the spotlight multiple times over the past few months. From being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, to rumors of his upcoming contract decision, to his apparent rapid weight loss, Doncic is on the top of many sports fans' minds.

Aaron Judge, who was having an MVP-level season, again, before hitting the injured list earlier this week, remains the face of the New York Yankees.

With the Yankees getting set to take on the Tampa Bay Rays on Monday night at Yankee Stadium, Judge and Doncic got together for a pregame meeting.

The very tall duo can be seen sharing a friendly exchange, and Judge gifted Doncic a signed pair of his PE "Double Gum" cleats as well as a game-used bat. Doncic was also gifted a Yankee jersey with his name on the back.

The interaction between six-foot, six inch Doncic and six-foot, seven-inch Judge caused quite a stir, as fans rushed to social media with their initial reactions to the meeting.

"Pair of legends in the building," one user said.

"Two giants, two sports, one moment. That’s crossover greatness in cleats and hardwood," another user said.

"Dončić meets Judge—cleats, bat, and pure legend energy," another fan said.

Some fans believe this means Doncic will end up playing for the New York Knicks, "wow jb recruiting luka at yankees game wow luka a knick."

"All-star recognizes All-star!" another fan posted.

Even with Judge on the IL, he made time for Doncic, who appeared to be received well inside Yankee Stadium.

Judge and Doncic are both represented by Jordan Brand, and Doncic is in New York to help promote "The One", a summer basketball campaign that tips-off on July 29.
