It is not a secret that Las Vegas Raiders star pass rusher Maxx Crosby is a big basketball fan.

So, when the Raiders’ social media team asked Las Vegas players to make their prediction on who would win the NBA Finals matchup between the Indiana Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder by shooting hoops on trash bins, Crosby looked enthusiastic. He even tried to emulate Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki’s signature one-legged fadeaway.

“Dirkkkkky,” Crosby captioned the video repost.

As for his shot, Crosby’s attempt landed in the trash bin that had Oklahoma City’s logo. However, when asked how many games the Thunder will need to finish Indiana, he turned around and said, “Pacers in six.”

Crosby’s pick to win the 2025 NBA Finals was off to a surprising start in the series, with the Pacers stealing a 111-110 win on the road over Oklahoma City on Thursday night.

The Thunder led for all but the final .3 seconds of the contest, as Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton drained a go-ahead jumper to complete Indiana’s come-from-behind win.

Pascal Siakam led the Pacers with 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Haliburton had 14 points and 10 rebounds. Despite committing 25 turnovers, the Pacers found a way to come away with a victory.
