The Michigan Wolverines' 2026 recruiting class has lagged behind other national powers for several weeks, coming shortly after coach Sherrone Moore's highly rated 2025 class.

Michigan has secured pledges from seven different players for 2026 with several top targets remaining undecided headed toward summer.

On Sunday, one of the Wolverines' most highly rated Class of 2026 targets made waves on social media as he shared his updated top four college choices.

The post was viewed over 40,000 times on X as fans began deciphering his college choice while begging him to attend their favorite football programs beginning in the 2026 season.

"Where is home??" four-star linebacker prospect Nick Abrams II from McDonogh School in Owings Mills, Maryland wrote on X Sunday evening, including pictures of hats from four top college football programs.

"#RollTide #GoDawgs #GoBlue #ScoDucks," he added with hats of the Alabama Crimson Tide, Georgia Bulldogs, Michigan Wolverines and Oregon Ducks on the table.

Abrams, a 6-foot-2, 220 pound high school linebacker, has been given a 19.4% probability to attend college in Ann Arbor in 2026, making the Wolverines the early favorite.

Georgia is next behind the Wolverines at 17 percent with Alabama third at 14.5%.

The Wolverines have two defensive pledges in the Class of 2026, including EDGE Tariq Boney and cornerback Brody Jennings.

The 2026 class is headlined by four-star quarterback Brady Smigiel, Jennings, and tight end Matt Ludwig.

It ranks 36th nationally behind several of the Wolverines' Big Ten arch rivals including Ohio State, USC and Penn State.
