Milan are not giving up on Ardon Jashari, hoping that Club Brugge will eventually accept €35m including add-ons, but today’s meeting provided zero progress.
The midfielder is very eager to make the transfer to San Siro and join a team he has supported since childhood, which is the main reason why the Rossoneri still have some remaining hope.
It’s going to be a tough nut to crack, because Belgian transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri reports that Club Brugge slammed the door shut on director Igli Tare during today’s trip to Belgium.
They warned that Jashari is quite simply not for sale in 2025 and there will be no negotiations, nor a price-tag set.
Tare knew it would be difficult and is now just trying to stay in the hunt, putting pressure on Club Brugge and hoping the Switzerland international can help by pushing for an exit too.
Jashari turns 23 next month and only joined Club Brugge a year ago from Luzern for €6m.
He made 52 competitive appearances this season, contributing four goals and six assists.
