Sky Sport Italia reports that Rafael Leao continued to train separately on Tuesday, becoming even more unlikely to be eligible to play against Lecce on Friday.
Milan star Leao is still training separately at Milanello and is unlikely to be available for the next Serie A game against Lecce on Friday, according to Sky Sport Italia (via Milannews).
The Portuguese striker already missed the Serie A season opener on Saturday, seeing Milan suffer a 2-1 home loss to newly-promoted side Cremonese.
Leao suffered a calf injury on August 17 during a Coppa Italia game against Bari.
The Portugal international suffered his injury just a few seconds after scoring the opener against the Serie B side.
Milan have reached an agreement to sign 20-year-old striker Conrad Harder from Sporting CP, but the Denmark international is unlikely to land in Italy for his medical tests before Thursday.
As things stand, Santiago Gimenez, Christian Pulisic and Samuel Chukwueze are the only attacking options for Allegri ahead of Friday’s away game at the Via del Mare.
