The latest College Football Playoff rankings were revealed on Tuesday night and it's clear fans can't agree on who should be headed to the playoff.

After seven ranked teams fell in Week 14, there was a significant shakeup in the playoff rankings. Here's a look at the new Top 25:

  1. Oregon (12-0)
  2. Texas (11-1)
  3. Penn State (11-1)
  4. Notre Dame (11-1)
  5. Georgia (10-2)
  6. Ohio State (10-2)
  7. Tennessee (10-2)
  8. SMU (11-1)
  9. Indiana (11-1)
  10. Boise State (11-1)
  11. Alabama (9-3)
  12. Miami (10-2)
  13. Ole Miss (9-3)
  14. South Carolina (9-3)
  15. Arizona State (10-2)
  16. Iowa State (10-2)
  17. Clemson (9-3)
  18. BYU (10-2)
  19. Missouri (9-3)
  20. UNLV (10-2)
  21. Illinois (9-3)
  22. Syracuse (9-3)
  23. Colorado (9-3)
  24. Army (10-1)
  25. Memphis (10-2)

Let's take a look at which teams are the most overrated by comparing these rankings against ESPN's Football Power Index, a predictive computer model. ESPN's FPI still doesn't love the No. 1 team in the country. The computer model has Oregon as the No. 6 team in the country, instead of No. 1.

It's also not high on the Penn State Nittany Lions, ranking James Franklin's program at No. 9 instead of No. 3 where the committee has them. Neither Oregon nor Penn State take the cake as the most overrated team in the rankings, though.

Arizona State and Boise State battle it out for that honor.

ESPN's FPI has Boise State ranked one spot ahead of Arizona State at No. 27 and No. 28 respectively. However, it's the Broncos with the biggest disparity between College Football Playoff and ESPN FPI rankings. Boise State is 17 spots lower in the ESPN FPI rankings compared to Arizona State, which is just 13 spots lower.

Boise State will be back on the field this weekend to prove ESPN's FPI wrong as the Broncos face off against No. 20 UNLV in the Mountain West title game.

Arizona State, meanwhile, will face off against No. 16 Iowa State for the Big 12 title.
