Hulk Hogan died at the age of 71 years old on July 24. The cause of death was reportedly a heart attack, but new and emerging details has Hogan's daughter, Brooke, looking for answers.
Brooke Hogan took to social media on Wednesday and revealed mysterious new details regarding her father's death in her Instagram story. Hogan says she has been contacted by different emergency personnel who were with her father when he died who have urged her to take a closer look at the details surrounding his passing.
"(I've received) legit calls from professionals- from police officials to nurses that were supposedly with my dad on the day of his death telling me I need to see body cam footage and I need to get a hold of the 911 tapes because they supposedly contain information that could potentially shed enough light to change the narrative."Brooke Hogan (h/t People)
Hogan continued:
"I do not have answers as to if the officials who have contacted me about what they witnessed relayed this information to the medical examiner's office," she said. "And if they did, I do not know why it wasn't taken into consideration."Brooke Hogan (h/t People)
Hulk Hogan was laid to rest in a funeral on August 5. Brooke Hogan was not in attendance. Her and her father were estranged at the time of his death and soon after Hulk's passing, it was revealed that Brooke had herself written out of Hulk Hogan's will.
According to Brooke, she's attempted to retrieve body cam footage and 911 calls regarding the incident with her father, but has been unsuccessful in securing them. Hogan says she's not sure why they are in lockdown., but that she has "zero control" over the records and that Hogan's wife at the time of his death, Sky Daily, is the only one with access.
According to medical records, Hulk Hogan's official cause of death was myocardial infarction. Those same medical records revealed that Hogan had a history of leukemia, a diagnosis had not been public knowledge.
Hulk Hogan is an icon of the pro wrestling industry, a multiple-time world champion in various promotions, and a WWE Hall of Famer. Hulk-a-Mania in the mid 1980s launched the WWE to mainstream levels of success that tied Hogan into the fabric of the culture at that time.
