Nakobe Dean confirms it's Jihaad Campbell season with social media post

Dean suffered a torn patellar tendon in his left knee during the Green Bay Packers' NFC Wild Card game last year. He has since been recovering from that injury and has been seen running sprints before practice in training camp.

Campbell battled through training camp with Jeremiah Trotter Jr. to take Dean's place in the starting lineup while he was out. While Trotter had a great camp himself and established himself as the best run-stopping linebacker besides Zack Baun, reporters came away feeling Campbell is going to get the start.
