The Tennessee Vols entered the final week of the regular season as the No. 25 team in the AP Top 25 poll.

Tennessee hasn't been unranked since the 2022 preseason AP Top 25 poll.

The Vols cruised against the Vanderbilt Commodores this week, winning 48-24 in Knoxville on Saturday afternoon.

But despite the big win, 247Sports doesn't' think Tennessee will make a jump in the AP Top 25. They predicted on Sunday that the Vols will remain at No. 25 this week.

We'll see how it plays out in the polls later on Sunday afternoon, but it's still possible that Tennessee could jump a spot or two. Kansas State, which was previously ranked No. 19, lost at home to an unranked Iowa State team. KSU is now 8-4 after the loss.

Oregon State also fell to 8-4 this week after losing to Oregon, but it's hard to see them falling from No. 15 to below Tennessee.

Jumping Kansas State, or James Madison (which beat Coastal Carolina this week), is likely the Vols' best chance to move up in the polls this week.

It's also possible that Tennessee could fall out of the top 25 despite their win against Vanderbilt. NC State was just outside of the top 25 last week. And after their 39-20 win against North Carolina (which improved the Wolfpack's record to 9-3), it's certainly possible that they could jump the Vols.
