Nazarena Bermudez Stops Sara Bailey To Unify

Evelin Nazarena Bermudez stopped Sara Bailey in the first round to unify the junior flyweight division, as you can follow how the fight played out. 

Bailey had a 6-0 record, capturing the WBA belt in just her fourth professional fight. She had successfully defended her title twice since her win against Guadalupe Bautista in April 2024. Now, in a bid to unify the division, she faced her biggest test yet.

Bermudez had an impressive 21-1-1 record. Bermudez first claimed the IBF title in 2018, defending it seven times before unifying the division with the WBO belt in March 2022.
