New Indiana venue to host AEW Dynamite this December

AEW Dynamite will be one of the first events to take place from a new venue that’s opening up in the state of Indiana.

Ahead of its November opening, Fishers Event Center revealed its first slate of events today. Dynamite will take place live from the venue on Wednesday, December 4. Rampage will also be taped at Fishers Event Center that night.

The venue has a 7,500-seat capacity. It’s located in Fishers, Indiana, which is a suburb of Indianapolis. A concert by Turnpike Troubadours and a live performance by comedian Leanne Morgan are also part of the opening series of events.

Previously, all of AEW’s Indiana shows were held at Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis. AEW was most recently in Indiana for Dynamite this April.

“Fishers Event Center is a 7,500 seat state-of-the-art Event Center located 20 minutes northeast of Indianapolis,” the venue says. “When Fishers Event Center opens its doors, it will be the largest mid-size event center in the region.”

The Dynamite episode is taking place just weeks before AEW’s Worlds End pay-per-view. Worlds End is being held in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, December 28.
