Notre Dame football heavy favorite to flip insanely underrated 2025 Florida pass catcher

An unfamiliar name to Irish fans, Notre Dame extended an offer to 2025 Coconut Creek (Fla.) Monarch wide receiver Antwaun Parham last week. It was quickly announced afterward that Parham had already set up an official visit to South Bend this weekend against the Florida State Seminoles.

From a recruiting ranking perspective, Parham’s profile leaves a lot to be desired. He is ranked as a consensus three-star recruit by every major recruiting platform. 247Sports ranks him the highest, but not by much. They currently have him pegged as the No. 145 wide receiver, and No. 108 player in the state of Florida.

Parham has been committed to the Tulane Green Wave since June 15th, but the late interest from Notre Dame has certainly changed things. They are easily Parham’s top option right now, also holding offers from Coastal Carolina, Western Michigan, Illinois State, Eastern Illinois, and Wagner. Obviously, that is a very underwhelming offer list.

After playing previously in the state of Georgia, Parham has put together a promising season so far. In nine games for Monarch, he has hauled in 24 receptions for 510 yards and four touchdowns. The 6-4, 200-pound pass catcher is averaging 21.3 yards per catch, and has a long reception of 80 yards on the season.

According to a source on the Notre Dame side, the Tulane commit comes in with high expectations for his first trip to South Bend. If the Irish push for Parham, which is the expectation this weekend, it feels like only a matter of time until he is a member of the 2025 class.
