Official – Matteo Marchetti To Referee Inter Milan Vs Udinese Serie A Clash

Referee Matteo Marchetti will be in charge of Sunday’s Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Udinese.

As confirmed by Lega Serie A via FCInterNews, Valerio Marini will be on VAR duty for the match.

Inter take on Udinese in the second Serie A round on Sunday. Indeed, the Nerazzurri host the Friulian side at San Siro.

Furthermore, Inter enjoyed a strong start to the season, dismantling Torino 5-0 on the opening weekend.

Therefore, Cristian Chivu had a dream Serie A debut as Inter manager.

Matteo Marchetti to Referee Inter Milan Vs Udinese Clash – Marini on VAR

The referee for Sunday evening’s match will be Matteo Marchetti.

Assisting Marchetti in his duties will be Giovanni Baccini and Valerio Colarossi.

The fourth official, Luca Zufferli, will oversee the match and correct any errors made by the on-pitch officials.

Assisting Marini in his duties will be Gianluca Aureliano.

It’s fair to say that the refereeing controversy ruined Inter’s season in 2024/25.
