Ohio State Decides on Uniform for National Title Game: Report

The Ohio State Buckeyes have made it all way to the National Championship Game, and they will be taking on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the final game of the season. The team has a lot of work to do before this one, but it sounds like they have already decided what uniforms they will be wearing when they take the field.

The Buckeyes' run to the National Championship Game has certainly been a bit of a surprise, as they crawled into the CFP as the No. 8 seed after suffering a shocking upset defeat at the hands of the Michigan Wolverines in their regular season finale, which almost certainly resulted in them losing a first-round bye.

It looked like the Buckeyes were on their last life, but instead, they have rattled off wins against the Tennessee Volunteers, Oregon Ducks, and Texas Longhorns. And now that they are set to face off for a title against Notre Dame, Ohio State has reportedly decided on what uniforms they will wear in the biggest game of the season.

"I'm told Ohio State will wear the road version (white jerseys) of its 'Heritage Stripes' throwback uniforms in the national championship against Notre Dame, which will wear navy blue home tops as the higher seed," Andrew Lind reported in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
