The Ohio State Buckeyes have two premiere safeties committed in the 2026 recruiting class. But that's not stopping the program from trying to land another one.

The Buckeyes adding to their pitch to five-star safety Bralan Womack this weekend. Womack is visiting Columbus, Ohio for a second time since the spring.

"Maybe the biggest visitor of the weekend is safety Bralan Womack from Hartfield Academy in Mississippi," wrote On3's Alex Gleitman on Friday.

"Ohio State already has two other safeties committed in the class, Simeon Caldwell and Blaine Bradford, who will both be on campus this weekend as well. If Womack were to join the class, it would be a 'dream trifecta' for the Buckeyes’ staff."

Womack is a more highly regarded prospect, but Ohio State committed safeties Blaine Bradford and Simeon Caldwell are no slouches.

Both Bradford and Caldwell are four-star prospects. Based on the 247Sports Composite rankings, Bradford is the No. 3 safety and 26th overall prospect in the 2026 recruiting class.

Caldwell is the No. 106 overall recruit.

Gleitman wrote other programs appear to have closed the gap on Ohio State with Womack. Gleitman portrayed the Texas A&M Aggies as the biggest threat while the Florida Gators and Auburn Tigers are also "in the mix."

But Ohio State will have final word during the weekend.

According to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Womack is the No. 1 safety and No. 2 Mississippi prospect in the 2026 class. He is also ranked a few spots ahead of Bradford on the overall rankings at No. 21.
