In Week 11, the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes continued their perfect season with a 34-10 blowout win on the road against the Purdue Boilermakers.

Purdue scored first with a field goal, but Ohio State scored 34 unanswered points before a garbage-time touchdown by the Boilermakers.

Ohio State is 9-0 with just three games left to secure an undefeated regular season and play for a Big Ten Conference championship.

At the same time, the future recruiting classes for the program continue to look talented.

As the Buckeyes continue their national championship repeat pursuit, Ryan Day's program received some good news on the recruiting front.

Ohio State landed a commitment from class of 2026 four-star defensive lineman Emanuel Ruffin, per Hayes Fawcett of Rivals.

"BREAKING: Four-Star DL Emanuel Ruffin has Committed to Ohio State, he tells me for @rivals. The 6’4 290 DL from Bessemer, AL decommitted from Colorado on Tuesday," Fawcett wrote.

Ruffin plays at Bessemer City High School in Alabama. Initially, he committed to the Colorado Buffaloes in September after visiting Boulder.

On Nov. 4, he backed out of his Colorado commitment, and days later, he landed with the defending national champions.

Ruffin also posted on X with two emojis after the news came.

It's another big commitment for Ohio State, which landed class of 2027 four-star lineman Kellen Wymer recently in another flip.

Ruffin is another big boost for the program, and he had offers from Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Missouri and others, but chose to head to Columbus.
